About Us
Handmade Bradford on Avon is a volunteer-run community shop and gallery showcasing the work of local artists and makers.

Products
All items sold through Handmade Bradford on Avon are handmade by independent artists and makers. As many products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, size, texture or finish may occur. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade work and are not considered faults.
All products are subject to availability.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice.
Purchasing & Remote Sales
Although we do not currently operate an online shop, customers may contact us to purchase items seen in-store or on our social media channels. Payment and postage arrangements will be agreed directly with the customer before dispatch.
We aim to package all items carefully, but we cannot accept responsibility for delays or damage caused by postal or courier services once items have been dispatched.
Commissions
Many of our artists and makers accept commissions. Commission requests are arranged directly between the customer and the artist or via Handmade Bradford on Avon acting on their behalf. Timescales, pricing, deposits and delivery arrangements for commissions will vary depending on the nature of the work and will be agreed in advance.
Commissioned or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our separate Returns Policy for full details.
We are happy to discuss exchanges or returns for unwanted gifts where possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, some exclusions may apply.
Workshops, commissioned items and personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Intellectual Property
All images, artwork, logos and written content on this website remain the property of Handmade Bradford on Avon or the individual artist/maker and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
