Welcome to Handmade Bradford-on-Avon. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Handmade Bradford-on-Avon is a volunteer-led shop supporting local artists and makers in Bradford on Avon. We sell handmade goods and offer creative workshops.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you confirm that your details are correct and that you are aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Products

Our items are handmade, so minor variations may occur. We aim to describe products as accurately as possible, but colours and finishes may differ slightly from photos.

4. Prices & Payment

• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is due at the time of ordering.
• We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store card details.

5. Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days.
• Delivery times depend on your location and postal service performance.
• If your item is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Workshop Bookings

• Booking is required in advance.
• You’ll receive confirmation via email after booking.
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable unless we can fill your space.
• If we cancel a session, we will offer you a full refund or transfer.

7. Returns & Refunds (Goods Only)

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
• Return postage is your responsibility.
• Custom/personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of [Your Handmade Bradford-on-Avon] or our artists. You may not copy or reproduce any part without permission.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or services, in line with UK consumer law.
