At Handmade Bradford-on-Avon, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with a physical item you’ve bought from our online shop, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below carefully.
Returns (Goods Only)
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s)
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned with original packaging, where possible
You must provide proof of purchase. This is usually the receipt. If you no longer have the receipt, you must provide the date of purchase and the amount paid; otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Custom or personalised goods
- Perishable goods (e.g fudge or jam)
- Gift cards
We do not refund original shipping costs (where applicable) unless the item was faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you find that your purchase is damaged or defective, please bring the item to the shop. If that is not possible please contact us at 📧 info@handmadeboa.co.uk with a description and photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
