Returns & Refunds Policy
At Handmade Bradford-on-Avon, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with a physical item you’ve bought from our online shop, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below carefully.
Returns (Goods Only)
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned with original packaging (where applicable)
- You must provide proof of purchase
Please contact us at 📧 info@handmadeboa.co.uk before returning an item, so we can provide instructions.
Items Not Eligible for Return:

- Custom or personalised goods
- Perishable goods (e.g fudge or jam)
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If it’s damaged or defective, contact us immediately at 📧 info@handmadeboa.co.uk with a description and photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Workshop Bookings
Please note:
Workshop bookings are non-refundable.
You may cancel or reschedule up to
7 days before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your space.
