Kerrie McNeil
Kerrie McNeil is a printmaker based in Dilton Marsh, creating hand-pulled screen prints inspired by coastal and local landscapes. Her work captures the atmosphere of places she knows well, particularly the coasts of Cornwall and Dorset.
Kerrie uses a distinctive approach to screenprinting, often painting directly onto the screen to blend colours and create soft, watercolour-like effects. Layers are built up gradually, sometimes combined with mixed media to add texture and detail, resulting in prints that are both expressive and unique.
Working from the printmaking facilities at Trowbridge College, her practice is closely connected to time spent outdoors—walking, observing, and gathering impressions that inform her work.
Alongside her prints, Kerrie also produces handmade cards and beautiful silver jewellery.
